Commercial Sales Support Employee (full-time)
What will you do?
As a commercial sales support employee, you are an important link between customers, suppliers and the internal team. You are in daily contact with national and international customers and help ensure that orders are processed accurately and with attention to the customer.
You coordinate front-office communication, process orders and support commercial and e-commerce activities. You also help maintain product feeds, improve product presentations and publish new brands and collections correctly online.
Main responsibilities
- Commercial and administrative processing of internal order processes.
- Optimising product descriptions and product information.
- Answering customer questions about prices, delivery times and open orders.
- Supporting product feeds, e-commerce and online assortment management.
Who are you?
You communicate well, present yourself professionally and work with a focus on customers and results. You work accurately, think proactively and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where interiors, service and commerce come together.
- A level of working and thinking equivalent to Dutch vocational (MBO) or higher professional (HBO) education.
- Knowledge of or experience in the interior sector is an advantage.
- Good command of Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
- Good digital skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in sales or commercial services.
- A customer-focused and helpful attitude.
