Internal Commercial Employee (full-time)

What are you going to do?

As an inside sales representative, you'll be a key link between clients, suppliers, and your own team. You'll interact with (international) clients daily and ensure the order process runs smoothly. In this varied and challenging role, you'll coordinate front-office communications, process orders, and participate in marketing. Your work week will be tailored to your independence, interests, and skills. Maintaining product feeds is essential, as you and your colleagues will ensure that new brands are perfectly displayed on the website, that the customer base continues to grow, and that existing and new customers receive the excellent service they've come to expect. You're also open to feedback from our interior design consultants.

Main tasks:

-optimal commercial handling of internal order processes;
-optimizing product descriptions;
-answering various customer questions about prices, delivery times and outstanding orders.

Who are you?

You possess plenty of energy, perseverance, and enthusiasm. You're a strong communicator, presentable, and a great likeability. Your enthusiasm is infectious, and you always strive for an optimal customer experience and results. You're smart, creative, and curious.

Specifically, you bring the following with you;

• MBO / HBO working and thinking level;
• Knowledge and experience in the interior sector is an advantage;
• You are proficient in Dutch, English and German;
• Good knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Experience in sales is a requirement;
• You are very customer-oriented and helpful.
