A bar stool turns a kitchen island or tall table into a welcoming place to sit. At CéJor Wonen, you’ll find bar stools and counter stools from brands including Eichholtz and Rivièra Maison. An upholstered design creates a different look from an open or natural-finish style.
Choose the right seat height for your countertop
A kitchen countertop and a tall bar usually require different seat heights. Measure the height and the available space beneath the countertop before choosing a style. Then consider the width, footrest and backrest, and leave enough space between the stools. If you choose stools with armrests, check that they fit beneath the countertop. The terms “bar stool” and “counter stool” alone don’t guarantee a suitable fit.
Choose upholstery or a finish that complements your dining chairs to create a cohesive look between the kitchen and dining area.
