About your withdrawal

Which purchases are covered?

For goods, withdrawal is possible until fourteen days after the day of receipt. For one order delivered in parts, the last item or part determines this period. You may also withdraw before delivery. For services, the period is generally fourteen days from concluding the contract.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for non-prefabricated goods made to your individual specifications, even if production has not started. CéJor Wonen grants no voluntary return or cancellation right for in-store or business purchases.

Returns and refunds

After a valid withdrawal, send back or hand over the goods within fourteen days. Package the item securely with its parts and accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.

Small parcels returned from within the Netherlands: CéJor Wonen provides the return label and covers return costs. For statutory withdrawal from abroad, the customer bears direct return costs, including for small parcels. For furniture, the direct return costs correctly communicated in advance and the required cost information apply.

Subject to the statutory conditions, substantiated diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted.

Refunds follow the statutory rules and applicable terms. For sales, CéJor Wonen may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return are received, whichever is earlier, unless CéJor Wonen collects the goods itself.
