A 2.5-seater sofa can furnish a compact living room or be placed alongside another piece of seating furniture. In this CéJor selection, you will find designs from Eichholtz and Rivièra Maison, among others. The size label helps with orientation, but the actual external dimensions and usable seating width determine whether a model fits your space.

Distinguishing between external width and seating space

A sofa with wide armrests may have less free seating space than a slimmer design with the same external dimensions. Therefore, check the width, depth, and height against the space available in your room. Also, look at the seat depth and the position of the backrest. A compact-looking sofa may still require a lot of floor space if the seat is deep.

Combining a small sofa with individual seating

A compact model can leave room for an armchair or a movable ottoman. However, compare these individual pieces in terms of scale so that the sofa is not overpowered by a large chair. If you want more seating width, take a look at the 3.5-seater selection as well. If you are specifically looking for a wide individual seat, a loveseat could be another solution. The dimensions of the exact item remain the guiding factor.

Fabric and placement for daily use

Check the material description and maintenance information for your chosen upholstery. In addition to the spot in the room, also check the route via the front door, stairs, or elevator. The same series can have multiple versions that look very similar in photos. By appointment, CéJor can help you compare a compact model with your interior requirements and existing furniture.
