The dining table is a place to eat, work, and sit together. At CéJor, you will find dining tables from brands including Eichholtz and Rivièra Maison, ranging from compact round tables to generous elongated models. Start with the desired number of seats and then compare shape, base, and finish. The width of your chairs also helps determine which table will work well for you.

Round and oval dining tables for an open arrangement

A round dining table has no distinct head and can bring a dining area together. An oval table offers a longer tabletop with rounded ends. For both shapes, check how the legs or the central base relate to the chairs. The diameter or length does not indicate how many armchairs can be placed comfortably. Also, leave enough space to use the seats and to walk around the table.

Choosing a square or extendable dining table

A square dining table can fit into a similarly shaped room or a compact layout. The selection includes square versions within the Eichholtz Declan and Rivièra Maison Chateau Belvedere collections, for example. For an extendable table, check both the closed and extended dimensions. Also, verify how the extension mechanism works and whether the base leaves enough seating space when the table is fully extended.

Considering materials and chairs together

Compare your chosen tabletop with your floor, lighting, and upholstery. Wood, veneer, glass, and natural stone have different maintenance requirements, which you can check per model. Also, consider the clearance height under the tabletop for chairs with armrests. By appointment, CéJor can assist you in combining the dining table, dining chairs, and lighting for your space.
